I couldn't be happier with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location is fantastic, although there were a couple of safety issues that concerned me. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa area and the terrace with prosecco.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with fantastic views, though lacking curtains and featuring old blinds. The restaurant and bar are very nice, providing a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel felt like an apartment to myself, with the infinity pool just outside the sliding glass doors. The location provided a stunning view of the lake, though accessing it had some restrictions. The dining experience was mostly fantastic, especially on the terrace, but some dishes were not perfectly clean. The service was excellent overall, guiding us to points of interest, but there were inconsistencies with the half-board inclusion for children. Despite some room for improvement in decor and utensils in the kitchen, the overall experience was great.
